AGREEMENT

	I declare that I have been authorized by the production company to participate in the Montreal International Black Film Festival (MIBFF) with this film and we agree not to withdraw the film from the festival should it be accepted.
	I do understand that completing this form does not automatically mean that the film will be selected for participation in the 8th MIBFF and that only those films selected by the Selection Committee shall be screened.
	I authorize the Montreal International Black Film Festival to extract an excerpt of 3 minutes or less from this film, at its own discretion, for promotion near the public and the media if the film is chosen.
	Registering or sending in a film means that the filmmaker, producers or their representatives agree to fully abide by these pre-selection conditions as well as by the Festival’s rules and regulations.
